Summer salad with wine-soaked golden raisins

I often keep some wine-soaked (boiled-preserved) golden raisins in my fridge, to add freshness to salads. Today I also added some avocado, celery, parmesan cheese crispy bits, red onion and a few black beans. The meaty beans and avocado were balanced with the light freshness of the crispy lettuce and golden raisins. A filling work-day lunch!
