Sorghum Breakfast Bowl GF/V

For breakfast today, I poured some sorghum (nutrient-packed GF grain) into boiling water, and then let it simmer for about an hour while I started my work day. When it was done, I added some almond milk, flaked coconut, plum slices, blueberries, chopped walnuts, chia seeds and a little drizzle of real maple syrup. I always make extra when cooking grains...so now I have leftover sorghum for another meal. :-)
