Shrimp Salad

A easy summersalad of cooked shrimp, avocado, leafy greens, dill, fennel, cucumber and a little bit of baked parmesan crumbles...because I love a little crunch. Dressing is just red wine vinegar, EVOO and salt & pepper...whisked in bottom of bowl prior to adding veggies.
