This dinner is from #ottolenghi Simple cookbook. Bridget Jones's pan-fried salmon with pine-nut salsa (pg. 246) and Brussels sprouts with browned butterand black garlic (pg. 113). I can usually find black garlic at my Farmer's Market (Old Town Scottsdale, on Saturday mornings) but there was none this week. I used regular garlic instead and the Brussels sprouts were delicious...as was the salmon and nutty green salsa. We mixed a little of the salsa in with the last bits of Brussels sprouts, and that mixture was delicious as well!
I found the recipes for the Salmon with pine nut salsa and the brussel sprouts with the black garlic published on the internet with a google search. Look forward to trying these out.
