Turkey Chili, packed with seasonings and bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, chilis, organic corn, sundried tomatoes (no beans) GF/DF

Sunday

Blueberry, Kale, Flaxseed & Walnut Smoothie GF/DF/V

No lunch today. Had my breakfast smoothie closer to 10am, and dinner was early...at 4pm

Roasted leg of lamb over roasted sweet potatoes, fennel & herbs, with anchovy tapenade and fennel frond-mint drizzle. Simple green salad with olive-anchovy Vinaigrette GF/DF

Monday

Spinach, avocado, hemp seed, lemon (with zest!) Smoothie GF/DF/V

Leftover Asian Pork tenderloin, with kale and carrots, wrapped in Romaine leaves GF/DF

Thai Fish Salad bowls: Thai curry sauce over cod, placed on top of salad of spinach, arugula, romaine, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, sauteed mushrooms & garlic. GF Tamari & Thai curry paste Vinaigrette GF/DF

Kale, Kiwi & Chia Seed Smoothie GF/DF/V

Leftover Turkey Chili GF/DF

Grilled Flank Steak with Bagna Cauda Croutons (using homemade wheat sourdough) and Simple Green Salad. Cantaloupe slices. DF

Leftover Asian Pork tenderloin, with kale and carrots, wrapped in Romaine leaves GF/DF

Out to dinner at Pita Jungle...Coconut Chicken Tika Masala over Cauliflower "rice" GF/DF

Banana, Almond butter, kale, hemp seed Smoothie GF/DF/V

Tuna Nori Wraps, with butter lettuce and finely diced zucchini, celery and red onion GF/DF

Busy night - Leftovers from last night's dinner out. (We were all headed in different directions tonight.)

Beet, Blueberry & Coconut Water Smoothie GF/DF/V

Homemade wheat sourdough toast with avocado, radish sprouts and sliced hardboiled egg DF

Went to Zingara's Wine Bar for dinner, with friends. Shared Small Plates: Octopus, Little Gem Salad, Hamachi Crudo, Marinaded Olives, Gambas al Ajillo
