Banana-Peach-Spinach Smoothie GF/DF/V

Leftover Turkey Chili, from freezer GF/DF (soak a variety of nuts overnight, and then roast tomorrow...makes them more digestible = more nutrients!)

Chilean Seabass with red-wine reduction and mushrooms. Simple green salad.

Cacao-Mint Smoothie and a GF/DF/V

Miso Soup with Kale, Zucchini and Farro DF/V (and make some GF seed crackers for week ahead)

Chicken with Stuffing of Will Rice, Roasted Chestnuts and Vegetables. Simple salad with Vegan Caesar dressing (and make chicken stock after dinner, with bones)

Nori wrap with mackarel, avocado, cucumber, and toasted sesame seeds GF/DF

Shrimp Cocktail, Green Salad, Seed Cracker with Raw Pecorino, a bit of chicken & wild rice leftovers from last night
