Monday

Small bowl of leftover Market Brunch, with a little bit of shredded aged sharp cheddar on top.

kale salad with heirloom tomato slices, and kefir and lemon dressing

Wild Alaskan Rockfish and Cashew Asian Slaw with chili-cilantro olive oil dressing. A couple bites of Chocolate cake with caramel frosting.

Tuesday

melt-in-your-mouth breakfast muffin

leftover vegetable-bean salad

1/2 banana and a few homemade seed-crackers GF

Pork in bourbon sauce (leftovers pulled from freezer) over some of the Rendang rice from Sunday. Leftover slaw salad from last night.

Wednesday

Hard-boiled egg and 1/4 avocado, sliced...both drizzled with Gochujang and wrapped in an organic Nori sheet.

green salad with celery, green onion, red bell pepper and cashew-chile dressing (homemade)

cherry lavendar kombucha (Milly Moon, Phoenix)

Spicy veggie soup & homemade pizza with sourdough crust, homemade sauce, pepperoni from a local farm, and a dusting of shredded parmesan/gruyere and aged white cheddar.

Thursday

Kale, blueberry and banana smoothie

packed a sandwich for the plane: shredded chicken & microgreens. avocado-yogurt spread on whole-grain sourdough.

Arrived in Baltimore to visit my son and daughter-in-law...late evening arrival...1/2 pb & j (too late for a meal, but needed "a bite" before bed)

poached egg on leafy greens, with red pepper flakes

1/2 sandwich -turkey and provolone on sourdough
