By planning and shopping for the week ahead, I can count on delicious food and nutrient dense "fuel" for optimal health! Kale, Kiwi and Avocado Smoothie, with 2 tbsp flax seeds. GF/DF/V

Green salad with slow-roasted confit tomatoes. Lemon-Garlic-EVOO dressing.

In homemade tortilla: Slow-roasted beef in chili puree, over roasted sweet-spicy kombucha squash. Microgreens and pickled red onions for garnish.

Sunday

Hard boiled egg over sauteed broccolini and kale. Chili-crunch garnish.

More of a small snack --> Olive-pepperocini chicken salad wrapped in a lettuce cup.

Main: Lemony-fresh Salad with radish and sauteed-browned hearts of palm. As a small side: Leftover beef & sauce over squash, from last night.

Beet, pineapple & cherry Smoothie. With 2 tbsp hemp hearts.

Open-faced Egg Salad Sandwich, on toasted homemade sourdough with homemade wasabi mayo.

Crunchy-sauteed prosciutto on homemade sourdough, with pickled mustard-seed sauce, and a simple green salad

Olive-pepperocini chicken salad wrapped in lettuce.

Hard boiled egg with a handful of berries

had some family over --> Mini grilled burgers with pickled red onion. Sugarsnap peas on side

Big family dinner - my mom made chicken cacciatore and I made a Caesar salad with homemade herby-garlic croutons
