Fried egg on top of (leftover) duck and potatoes.

Shrimp salad sandwich, at the Baltimore Farmer's Market...at Neopol Savory Smokery

Wine tasting at Basignani Winery...fun!

Out to eat at Ramen Utsuke - Pork Ramen Bowl!

Monday

small piece of halibut, torn in pieces and sautéed with a little truffle sauce, over a piece of sourdough toast

leftover pork ramen bowl from last night - Ramen Utsuke

a diversion from nutrient-dense eating: .1/2 of a milkshake (while sitting at a soda fountain counter...at Charlesmead Pharmacy)

Chicken curry over rice (my daughter-in-law cooked, and it was delicious!)

Tuesday

one fried egg on a piece of sourdough toast, with parsley & pepper

1/2 sandwich - turkey and provolone with lettuce & tomato (in D.C., at Ronald Reagan airport)

no snack today

on my connecting flight from Boston to PHX...had the remaining 1/2 sandwich for dinner

Wednesday

back at home - mushroom scramble with sunflower sprouts

Chicken tortilla soup (pulled form freezer, and given a boost)

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

Chili-lime cabbage salad, with Tamari-miso steak

Thursday

Banana on rye toast (I smash the banana a little so it's like jam)

Out to eat fo r a team work lunch - Doughbird (salad and pizza)

no snack today

Homemade chicken tikka masala, over rice...and more of the salad from last night

Friday

Carrot muffin (heated from my freezer stash of homemade muffins)

leftover chicken tortilla soup

a handful of blueberries

Out to eat with friends...our ABC dinner. Our friend in charge of the "C" restaurant chose Cornish Pasty
