22.12.02 | Friday | Cup of chicken bone broth (made from last night's chicken carcass) and carrot-oatmeal muffin (homemade & pulled from freezer) | Mexican chicken chipotle soup, loaded with chicken and veggies...over a little bit of Farro, for a magnesium boost! | Double date --> Different Point of View (had a charred octopus appetizer, and for main entree, Duck over gnocchi. (brought most of the duck home, and used it for duck hash with egg, the next morning) |
