leftover homemade Shepherd's pie (with Farmer's Market veggies)

Red Snapper with butter & toasted almond sauce. Leafy green salad with spring onions.

early am -Leftover smoothie from yesterday's breakfast.


11am - green salad

Joined my daughters and one of their mother-in-laws at the Marriott Desert Ridge...to enjoy the Lazy River. Had some pool-side potato skins...yum!

Monday

6 mile hike. Stretches before and after.

Sweet Potato with asparagus and egg.

yogurt with a sliced banana and chia seeds

Chicken Tikka with Naan and a green salad with herb dressing, pickled carrots and daikon.

1 mile walk with Luci (dog) & 15 back-arm sit ups, 15 squats, 20 side lunges, 15 sit-ups, planks

Almond and banana smoothie

green salad with hardboiled egg. Homemade shallot vinaigrette

Wednesday

4 mile hike. Stretches before and after. And then a 1 mile walk in evening w/ Luci

barley with almonds, apricot slices and local honey

Playa Salad from the Montauk in Scottsdale...super yummy!

Taco Night! Beef with homemade seasoning blend, avocado, turnips, lettuce, tomato...and homemade crunchy corn tortillas

Thursday

Stretches and scrunches only...letting a blister on my foot heal

mushroom and microgreen omelet

Green salad with roasted carrots and toasted tumeric pumpkin seeds

Bowl of greens with some leftover seasoned beef from taco night.

Friday

Stretches and scrunches only...letting a blister on my foot heal

kale and pineapple smoothie (from freezer)

Take out --> Part of a Roasted chicken bowl from Pita Jungle (work lunch)

Out to Dinner...ABC Dinner Group --> J&G Steakhouse. at the Phoenician. Had a wedge salad and 8oz Filet...all yummy!

On Sunday, I joined my daughters and one of their mother-in-laws at the Marriott Desert Ridge...to enjoy the Lazy River and some R&R. Had a late lunch of some pool-side potato skins and refreshing drinks...yum!
