1 mile walk with the dog, 10 sit ups, 10 half pushups, 15 back-arm push ups, 10 squats

yogurt with banana and chia seeds

Sautéed red snapper, with Farro, broccolini & pea sprout salad, and avocado-grapefruit-walnut salad.

Sunday

leg stretches and 6-mile hike

leftover farro from last night with broccolini and pea sprouts. Added an egg and red pepper flakes.

Baked sweet potato with avocado and Swiss chard. Pesto yogurt drizzle.

Filet Mignon, with sautéed mushrooms and asparagus in shallot-red wine sauce

Monday

4-mile walk, leg stretches, 15 sit-ups

leftover farro, with mushrooms, asparagus, Crow's dairy feta, over-easy egg, and homemade pesto cream

Garden salad with dill dressing

Taco Bar - Pickled daikon radishes, chipotle-caulflower, microgreens, slow-cooked spicy beans, thinly sliced trick-tip, avocado, salsa-verde

Tuesday

1 mile & 15 back-arm sit ups, 10 squats, 20 side lunges, 15 sit-ups, planks

pineapple-kale and microgreens smoothie, with coconut water and a bit of coconut milk

Green salad with sliced leftover tri-tip, cherry tomatoes and micro greens. For dressing, a variety of herbs from my garden mixed with garlic and a bit of yogurt, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Poached egg over rice with edamame and pickled daikon-carrot mix

Wednesday

4miles & stretches in morning. 1 mile walk in evening with the dog.

yogurt with pistachios and pear

kale salad with avocado, toasted nori, sesame seeds and miso dressing

Chicken, Shiitake, Zucchini Stir-fry

Thursday

1 mile & 15 back-arm sit ups, 10 squats, 20 side lunges, 15 sit-ups, planks

shiitakes, scrambled egg and microgreens in a homemade corn tortilla

leftovers from last night's dinner

Shepherd's Pie with roasted cauliflower, carrots and asparagus

Friday

4-mile walk, leg stretches, 15 sit-ups

hard boiled agg and a few apple slices
