This week I travel from Colorado (for work) to Santa Barbara, for my daughter's baby shower. The fabric swatch to left is from the dress I wore to her shower.

Saturday - In Santa Barbara, for my daughter's baby shower (and weekend with friends!)

Walk to butterfly beach after breakfast

Out to Jeannine's - Spinach and mushroom omelet

Sunstone Winery! Wine tasting and shared: shrimp and steak taco, spinach salad, charcuterie board

Out to Honor Bar - Shared apps and 1/2 burger on lettuce bun

Sunday - In Santa Barbara, for my daughter's baby shower (and weekend with friends!)

30mn walk in am and pm, around town.

Take out from Renaud's - Spinach Omelet

Baby Shower! Caesar salad, berries, deviled egg

Out to Mizza - GF Mushroom Pasta

Monday - returned home about 7pm. Back in AZ!

Just some stretches

Scrambled egg with sausage and sauteed kale (stayed at my friend's daughter's house)

Out to Scarlett Begonia - Cup of tomato soup with steak taco side salad

No dinner...in flight (after big lunch)

Tuesday

1 mile walk with Luci and some stretches

Egg cooked in roasted red pepper breakfast soup, topped with bacon and sauteed collard greens

green salad with radish and toasted sunflower seeds. Tahini-garlic-lemon dressing.

Salmon over cauliflower rice, asparagus and bell pepper slices, and topped with tomato-coconut salsa

Wednesday

2 mile hike in am and 1 mile walk in pm with Luci

Egg over leftovers from last night (cauliflower rice, salmon, bell peppers)

Lemon Basil Soup, and homemade savory trail mix

Seed crackers with smoked sardine spread, with steak and mushroom salad

Thursday

3 mile hike, stretches

Egg over kale & garlic, sauteed with turmeric. Snack: Strawberry-Vanilla Chia Seed "pudding"

Salad with roasted chicken and garlic-green olives. Dressing from olive brine and olive oil.

Sashimi Salad with seed crackers & smoked sardine spread

Friday

3 mile hike, stretches

Egg over sauteed kale, spinach & shallot. Topped with bacon pieces. Blueberries on side.

Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Miso-Ginger dressing

Tuna, brown rice, avocado and simple salad.
