Making for later -->got some cabbages and other veg from my mom's garden, so will make some sauerkraut this weekend...two. different types. (Will update with more info here, after I make them.)

Breakfast taco with leftover pork chop, potatoes and egg (topped with Sriracha & microgreens)

Kale and pear smoothie

Salad with pickled daikon radish

Shrimp andAndouille Sausages over Creamy Polenta. Mesquite-chocolate cookies.

Tuesday - wasn't feeling great today, later realized this was when i was coming down with Covid

<--see note. ate about half my breakfast -> hard-boiled egg with sourdough toast and berries.

<--See note. I wasn't up feeling up forcooking,so my husband ordered out for the family...from Oreganos.

Wednesday didn't feel well. Could barely stay awake for work.

still not much of an appetite, but my husband made BLTs on homemade sourdough, so had some of one.

Thursday - Wiped out. Fever, etc. Didn't test for Covid until Sat.

Friday - felt better today and thought the "48-hr flu" was behind me, but then worse again after dinner.

hard boiled egg and sourdough toast

roasted squash with sunflower seeds and microgreens. Gochuchang-yogurt sauce.
