Snacked on Shrimp cocktail and edamame (click here for my homemade cocktail sauce)

Asian beef stew over rice. Green salad with dilly sauerkraut.

Soft boiled egg over shakshouka sauce, with cauliflower-jalapeno "cream"

super busy day. no lunch.

Roasted Cornish game hen with banana BBQ sauce. Grilled asparagus. Baked potato.

Blackberry Lamb with balsamic glaze, over creamy polenta. Jicama, Fennel, Pear and Walnut salad.

roasted broccoli. Drizzled with jalapeño crack. topped with crumbled hard boiled egg and crispy prosciutto

leftovers - Fennel, pear and walnut salad. Pasta with some of the braised lamb sauce leftover from last night.

Went out to Sushi-Ko...see mushroom soup pic below. Had yummy yellow-tail sashimi!
