Some bites of Brisket from the Farmer's Market

mixture of raw veggies with almond butter-asian dip

Marinaded and grilled Shrimp and Steak Kabobs. Salad with jicama and a light yogurt and herb dressing.

no breakfast...saving room for big brunch -->

Easter brunch Potluck! My contributions--> bacon-cheese sourdough toasts and Kale Salad with roasted beets and roasted sweet potatoes. Others brought - potato casserole, egg & sausage casserole, Fresh Berries, Lemon Cake, virgin peach Bellinis, chocolate croissants.

"Not exactly fried" garlicky-nori rice with egg and veggies

Beef/Pork/Cremini mushroom Sloppy Joes using my homemade spice blend, with fresh garden salad

buckwheat & berry bowl with coconut

raw crispy veggies mixed in with some of the leftover buckwheat from breakfast

Chicken parmesan (I cut out the sauce...long work day) with roasted broccoli & tomatoes.

Poached egg over grilled gochujang cauliflower

Work Lunch - (delivered to our meeting) beef and pork tacos

BLTs!

Friday

1/2 banana smashed on sourdough toast

Cold spicy tomato and tomatillo soup with 3 sauteed shrimp, for a bit of protein

Out to dinner at Vic and Ola's with in-laws, 2 of the kids and niece (Caroline is in town!) I had some yummy shrimp stuffed tortellini with trout cream sauce
