Shrimp cocktail and leftover twice-baked potato

Homemade smoked mac & cheese. Beef & Pork meatballs with Grilled Zucchini, and marinara for dipping.

Torn sourdough toast & egg Benedict

Green salad with everything picked from my garden...yum! Creamy dill dressing

Spatcocked Roast Chicken with roasted shiitakes and asparagus. Creme Brûlée for dessert.

Monday

Garden greens & pineapple smoothie

Grilled zucchini and meatball from Sat. dinner.

Roasted chicken Chicken tacos (with leftover meat from last night) and homemade pinto beans. Green salad.

Tuesday

Shiitake mushroom omelet with a little gruyere

Green salad with creamy dill dressing

Out to dinner with my 2 brothers, at Rough Rider - split seafood tower, cauliflower, pork chop, and snapper with spaetzle.

Wednesday

Hard boiled egg and handful of berries

Cold tomatillo soup with sourdough toast

Halibut over fava bean and pea puree. Homemade sourdough with marinara. Shrimp cocktail. Strawberries with lemon cream.

Tuna sashimi salad

Green salad with garlic-chive vinaigrette
