Heirloom Tomato & Garlic Pasta

I sauteed some crushed and dices garlic, along with one chopped heirloom tomato, in a little EVOO. When pasta was al dente, added some hot pasta water and the pasta and stirred until sauce came together in a creamy texture. Sprinkled choppedparsley on top and stirred. I should have sswirled the past around my tongs tomake this look prettier and tidy, but this was a no-nonsense quick meal...sorry!
