Monday

Cremini mushroom, potato and zucchini hash, topped with over-easy egg

Tuna Sandwich on sourdough, and cabbage salad

Family Reunion - Salads and pasta bar. (The beautiful sauce included eggplant which I can't eat, so I made my own quick sauce...EVOO, garlic, parsley and a cut heirloom tomato)

Piece of sourdough toast topped with cottage cheese

Not a real lunch (upset stomach - piece of dry-plain toasted sourdough)

Not a real dinner (upset stomach - cup of homemade veggie broth, made by my mom)

breakfast bowl with creamed brownmushrooms, bacon and egg

Chopped Mexican-chicken sandwich (chicken leftover from family reunion taco bar last night)

Poblano Tamale (from my brother, homemade from a womanin his neighborhood)

Thursday

sourdough toast pieces topped with a few spoonfuls of my mom's homemade tomato-garlic soup and a soft-cooked egg.

3pm - Loved our Thanksgiving potluck with extended family! (17 of us) Turkey, stuffing, broccoli casserole, roasted veggies, pineapple soufflé, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, kale salad, squashsoup, apple pie, carrot cake. Wine/sparkling cider.

<-- just the one big meal earlier. For my contribution: homemade cranberry sauce & Thanksgiving Kale salad with sweet potatoes and roasted mushrooms/beets/sunflower seeds, grated parmesan and toasted sourdough breadcrumbs.

Friday

Egg over potato,feta and celery (tops only) hash

Kale Salad (leftovers from Thanksgiving)

Chopped Salmon Salad on Rye, with shrimp cocktail and green salad.
