Saturday

I wasn't hungry this morning, so skipped breakfast...went to Farmer's Market & butcher & got ingredients for the week...fun!

Leftover Italian Cornish pasty, from dinner out last night. Handful of blueberries.

Whole snapper over creamed leeks. Sauteed mushrroms in white wine. Arugula salad with roasted beets, pear and toasted almonds.

Sunday

Beet & prosciutto hash, with egg (BRUNCH)

Monday

Garlicky stewed tomatoes and kale, with a poached egg

Fall Harvest Salad (leftovers) and a crunchy farmer's market celery stalk with almond butter

Braised lamb shanks with gremolata. Roasted honey nut squash. Brussels sprouts, kale and hazelnut salad.

Tuesday

whole-milk greek yogurt, topped with blueberries and some homemade GF granola

Leftover roasted honeynut squash, a little sauerkraut, and l eftover Brussels sprouts salad

Watercress Soup. Grilled fennel sausage & mustard dip.

Wednesday

GF carrot muffin. Small Beet & banana smoothie.

Pasta with tomato-kale sauce (sauce made Monday for breakfast.) Brussel sprout salad.

Thursday

yogurt and blueberries, with chia seeds

Watercress Soup & salad with red onion, capers & prosciutto

Arrived in San Diego! Thai veggie curry and brown rice (take out - delish!)

Friday

over easy egg on toast

Wild mushroom stir fry (from sciencesoulnutrition.com - yum!)
